The website explains the service; actual transactions are completed only inside the authenticated QarAh Pay platform by authorized users.
The operator must be onboarded and enabled for the appropriate AEPS banking route.
The authorized merchant completes the required daily authentication before customer transactions.
The operator records consent, enters the required customer reference and selects the customer’s bank.
A fresh registered-device biometric capture is completed for the current customer and transaction attempt.
The operator reviews the confirmed response, reference and receipt before completing the customer interaction.
Bank and provider responses are authoritative. Failed, pending or unknown outcomes must not be treated as successful transactions.
The public website does not collect Aadhaar numbers, biometric data, OTPs or banking credentials. Authorized operators continue through the authenticated QarAh Pay platform.
